The Super League in Szczecin, Poland, includes the Swedish and Ukrainian men and Italian and Swedish women after their promotion from the First League last year.
The Belarusian men and Ukraine women won the Super League titles in 2008.
The First League will be contested in Zaragoza, Spain, while the Second League is in Maribor, Slovenia.
