Russia's Ruzavin walks his way into the world top 10

Andrey Krivov was third 1:18:24 and Stanislav Yemelyanov fourth in 1:18:28.
At nearby Adler, Russia's long throwers were in action on Saturday and the 2003 World Championships javelin gold medallist Sergey Makarov, who turns 39 impressed with a distance of 83.39m

There was a double in the discus for the Pishchalnikov siblings with Bogdan winning the men's event with 63.46m while his younger sister and 2006 European champion Darya threw 62.68m. Marina Maksimova achieved 60.12m to win the women's javelin.
