The final entries for the Espoo 2023 European Athletics U23 Championships from 13-16 July have been published and can be viewed below.

The final entries feature reigning European champions Mykolas Alekna from Lithuania and Elina Tzengko from Greece, both of whom were crowned Rising Stars for 2023 at the Golden Tracks award ceremony.
European indoor and outdoor 800m champion Keely Hodgkinson is another notable name on the entry-list although the Briton has opted to contest the 400m in Espoo instead of her specialist event.
Other medal winners from the Munich 2022 European Athletics Championships due to compete next week include European pole vault bronze medallist Pal Haugen Lillefosse from Norway, European 100m hurdles bronze medallist Ditaji Kambundji from Switzerland and Great Britain’s European bronze medallist Jeremiah Azu in the 100m.
The Norwegians look set for a prosperous championships in Espoo as their team also features European indoor heptathlon silver medallist Sander Skotheim and their rapidly improving 400m star Havard Ingvaldsen, with the latter being an impressive winner at the European Athletics Team Championships 1st Division last month.
Finland’s hopes will lie with reigning European U20 champions Silja Kosonen and Saga Vanninen in the hammer and heptathlon respectively while Topias Laine who will be seeking to defend his title in the men’s javelin.
