His tasks include management and delivery of European Athletics development projects, liaison for Member Federations on all development matters, coordination and support to the Development Commission and its working groups. Planning and delivery of all European Athletics educational events and activities, management of Member Federations support programme, management of European Athletics running activities, supporting the CEO in ad hoc projects.
