The European Champion Clubs Cup Track & Field Seniors group A will once again take place in Mersin, Türkiye, while group B will be held in Leiria, Portugal.
The group A events will take place on 28-29 May over two consecutive days and group B takes place over one single day on Saturday 28 May.
The men and women compete separately and only clubs recognised as national champions the preceding year are eligible to take part in the events.
The order in which the clubs’ nation were classified the previous year determines whether a club is promoted into group A or relegated into group B.
The clubs are classified from first to last place by adding all the points won during the competition.
Last year in Mersin the men of Playas de Castellon and the women of Valencia Terra i Mar made it a Spanish celebration by taking home both group A titles.
In group B the men and women from the Lithuanian club Cosma Vilnius had a day to remember as they earned promotion by winning both titles in Dubnica nad Vahom.
