Europe’s leading technical officials gathered in Warsaw, Poland on Friday and Saturday (29-30) to be assessed ahead of the announcement of the European Athletics Technical Delegates Panel 2023-2026.
Thirty nine candidates were present for the main evaluation for appointment to the Technical Delegates panels that oversee European Athletics main competitions, including the core group of televised events which includes the European Athletics Championships, European Athletics Indoor Championships, European Team Championships Super League and all three age-group championships.
An additional eight candidates were present for possible appointment to out-of-stadia panel which oversees the SPAR European Cross Country Championships, European Athletics Off-Road Running Championships and European Race Walking Team Championships. In total, the candidates came from 27 Member Federations.
