Rybalko, who got her big jump in the second round, also exceeded her former best with 6.88m in the fifth round.
Second was 2010 World Junior Championships bronze medallist Marharyta Tverdohlib, who improved 15cm to 6.80m.
After not progressing from the qualification round at the 2011 European Athletics U23 Championships, the 21-year-old from Donetsk's performances this year have marked her down as someone to possibly watch at next year's event, which will be held in the Finnish city of Tampere.
Olena Kholosha won the high jump as the only woman over 1.93m but behind her there was a battle of the generations.
Vita Styopina (36) was second with 1.90m while 17-year-old Irina Gerashchenko also cleared the same height for third place, the second best height in the world by a junior this year.
Vita Palamar (34) was another over 1.90m for fourth place while 40-year-old Iryna Mikhalchenko, a finallist at the 2002 and 2006 European Athletics as well as finishing fifth at the 2004 Olympic Games, finished fifth in a new European's veteran's best with 1.87m.
Ana Logvinenko won the 400 m in 51.34 with the 2009 European Athletics Indoor Championships silver medallist Nataliya Pyhyda second in 51.42.
Svitlana Shmidt and Vadim Slobodenyuk were the 3000m steeplechase winners in 9:31.16 and 8:37.12 respectively.
In tactical women's 1500m, the gold medal went to Anzhelika Shevchenko in 4:18.93.
In Wednesday's heats, Yelizaveta Bryzgina was the fastest in the women's 200m in 23.19; Stanyslav Melnykov was in pole position after winning his 400m hurdles heat in 49.80.
The women's 800m heats were also impressive with all the heat winners under 2:02. In the first, Tetyana Petlyuk won in 2:01.79, Natalya Lupu took the second heat in 2:01.90, Olena Zhusman followed suit in the third with a personal best of 2:01.15 and in the experienced Yulia Krevsun produced the fastest time of the day when winning the fourth heat in 2:01.06, coming home just ahead of junior Anastasiya Tkachuk who clocked 2:01.16.
In the men's throws, Andriy Semenov won the shot put with 20.05m while javelin exponent Oleksandr Pyatnytsa reached 84.32m in his event's qualifying rounds.
The men´s long jump was decided on the basis of second best jumps as winner Ivan Lykhachov and favourite Viktor Kuznetsov both had a best of 7.90m but the former also jumped 7.83m in comparison to the latter's 7.79m.
