The European Athletics headquarters are situated in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The organisation employs more than 20 full-time staff members with a roughly equal split between genders. It is a truly international place to work with employees hailing from a variety of countries across Europe and several nations beyond the continent.

Working under the guidance of the CEO are five departments: Events; Competition; Development, Communications; and Corporate Activities and Administration. There are also personnel working on Commercial and Marketing Activities, Projects and New Business, and Finances and HR.
