The final entries for the European Athletics Team Championships Super League in Lille Metropole are now available to view here.

France will be looking to clinch their first team title on home soil and they have named a strong team which includes world pole vault record-holder Renaud Lavillenie, who is looking for his sixth win from seven editions of the European Athletics Team Championships.

Rio 2016 Olympic Games bronze medallist Christophe Lemaitre will be the clear favourite in the 200m while Mahiedine Mekhissi-Benabbad will be attempting a 1500m and 3000m steeplechase double.

Poland topped the medal table at the European Athletics Championships in Amsterdam and at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Belgrade and they will arrive with high hopes of challenging for their maiden team crown.

Their team includes Anita Wlodarczyk and Pawel Fajdek in the hammer; Adam Kszczot and Marcin Lewandowski in the 800m and 1500m respectively; while world champion Piotr Malachowski goes head-to-head with Germany’s Robert Harting in the discus.

The Germans will be keen to win back the team title they won on home soil Braunschweig in 2014 and their team is spearheaded by Olympic javelin champion Thomas Rohler, who faces Jakub Vadlejch from the Czech Republic and newcomer Ioannis Kiriazis from Greece, who has improved to 88.01m this season.

David Storl will face Poland’s Konrad Bukowiecki and Czech record-holder Tomas Stanek in the shot put while Germany will be strong in the middle distances with Konstanze Klosterhalfen lining up in the 1500m and Gesa-Felicitas Krause in the 3000m steeplechase.

Olympic and European champion Ekaterini Stefanidi will be looking for maximum points for Greece in the pole vault; world champion Marina Arzamasava lines up for Belarus in the 800m; and her teammate Tatsiana Khaladovich goes head-to-head with world record-holder Barbora Spotakova from the Czech Republic in the javelin.
