Don’t miss a minute from the Brussles 2023 SPAR European Cross Country Championships on Sunday (10)!
The 29th edition of the championships will be streamed through the European Athletics website on the All-Athletics platform from 12:05 local time (CET) and will be accompanied by expert English-language commentary from two-time world cross country silver medallist Tim Hutchings and Cathal Dennehy. French commentary via the All-Athletics platform is also available.
However, geo-blocking restrictions will apply to the 10 countries where the SPAR European Cross Country Championships will be televised by a domestic brroadcaster.

Live results will be available through the European Athletics website (registration is required) as well as a live blog, and full and in-depth editorial coverage across the afternoon of the seven races.

Highlights of the championships will be published on the European Athletics YouTube channel on Sunday evening and full event replays will be published from Monday (11) afternoon onwards.

On Saturday (9), the traditional pre-event press conference from Brussels historic landmark Atomium will be streamed live from 12:00 local time (CET) via the European Athletics YouTube channel (direct link here).
