Media accreditation for Rieti 2013 European Athletics Junior Championships

Members of the media are invited to apply for media accreditation for the Rieti 2013 European Athletics Junior Championships which take place 18-21 July.

The online media accreditation procedure for written press and photographers is open here.

Deadlines for media accreditation applications are:
• Monday 3 June 2013 with accommodation.
• Monday 1 July 2013 without accommodation.

The official European Athletics-LOC Press Conference will take on Wednesday 17 July 2013 at 13:00 at the Camera di Commercio di Rieti (Chamber of Commerce) Via Borsellino n. 16, Rieti.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For all categories of hotel accommodation, the following cancellation policies will be applied.
Cancellation policy:

• For any cancellation made until 3 June 2013, no cancellation fee will be charges.
• For any cancellation made between 4 June 2013 and 16 June 2013, 50% of your total ccommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee unless room is resold.
• For any cancellation made as from 16 June 2013, 100% of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee unless room is resold.

In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.
Payment policy:

• You will receive in the coming days/weeks an e-mail with your accommodation invoice to proceed with your payment.
• You are kindly requested to proceed with the payment no later than five (5) working days after receipt of this e-mail in order to guarantee your hotel booking.
• The confirmation of your accommodation booking will be guaranteed only after receipt of the full payment of your accommodation cost.
• Failure to adhere to these payment terms will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
