<p>The inaugural European Athletics Off-Road Running Championships, an innovative continental championship that combines the disciplines of trail and mountain running, took place in El Paso on the Spanish island of La Palma in the Canary Islands on 1-3 July 2022.</p>
<p>The next edition will be held in Annecy, France from 31 May - 2 June 2024.</p>
